Arnulfo has been in the restoration and construction industry for 18 years. Arnulfo started in the business from the ground up and knows restoration and construction from the inside out.
He plays many different roles; from estimating, sales and business development to consulting, expert testimonies and insurance appraisals.
From initial contact with the loss, to estimating, project coordination, and negotiation with the insurance company, Arnulfo can make sure your complete loss is assessed. Proficient in multiple estimating software that are current with the insurance industry to help resolve your loss as quickly as possible.
Dona has helped manage South Texas Restoration since September 2008. She has over twenty years of experience in insurance claims, civil litigation, and business administration. Dona has great leadership skills and is an excellent team player with a can do can accomplish attitude.
She is self-motivated and takes pride in her work. She believes communication is the key to the success of our organization. As such, she strives to maintain positive relations with all by delivering the highest level of customer service and grasps the confidence of others in our company’s capabilities.
National Project Manager/Estimator
From San Antonio, TX, recently retired from SBC/AT&T after 29 years of service, the last 10 years Michael held the title of Communication Consultant which consisted of project managing over 50 accounts, from sales to final setup.
Michael also handled contract setup, billing, and managing all departments within SBC/AT&T to get the final product installed. Some of the companies that were assigned to Michael were Frost Bank, Sterling Bank, IBC, Randolph Brooks FCU, HEB, and Academy Sporting Goods.
Michael was also the GC for the last two residents for his family (1995 and 2005).
